Elevator belts and -buckets

Belting offers a wide range of elevator belts. These multipli-belts and monopli-elevator belts with perforations are available with the following features:

• wear-resistant quality
• oil and grease resistant
• heat resistant
• approved for food
• ATEX approved

The rubber elevator belts consist of laminations (polyester woven with nylon), and coatings of 1 to 4 mm thick. The oil and grease resistant belts have nitrile rubber coatings, which are firmly resistant to mineral, vegetable and animal oils and fats.

• Oil and grease resistant belts can withstand temperatures up to 110°C.
• Belts that are limited in their oil and fat resistance serve for products with a maximum oil or fat content of 4 percent and can withstand temperatures up to 70°C.
• Special heat resistant elevator belts can withstand temperatures up to 180°C.
• Even flame retardant belts are available.
